25 lb Freezer Beef Box [Deposit] – Farm-Raised Variety Pack [Deposit Only]

A small box with big flavor – the perfect intro to our farm’s beef. Ideal for gifts, smaller households, or first-time bulk buyers who want to taste the difference of locally raised beef without needing a ton of freezer space.

What’s Inside: We’ve curated this 25 lb sampler to include a little bit of everything our farm has to offer. Each box contains approximately:

≈10 lbs Ground Beef – our ground beef is 80–85% lean, packed in ~1 lb portions. This is the versatile staple for burgers, chili, tacos and more (expect about 10 one-pound packs).

≈6–8 lbs of Steaks – a selection of 4–6 steaks from various cuts. Typically you’ll get around 2 premium steaks (examples: Ribeye, NY Strip, or Filet Mignon) and 2–4 additional steaks (such as Sirloin, Flat Iron, or Ranch/Chuck steaks). We aim to include at least one high-end grilling steak like a Ribeye or NY Strip in every box for a special treat. The other steaks might be sirloin or flavorful marinating steaks (like top round or skirt steak) for variety. (Steaks are individually vacuum-packed; premium steaks usually packed 2 per pack.)

≈3–5 lbs Roast – 1 roast cut (about 3 to 5 pounds). This is often a Chuck Roast – great for pot roast – or it may be a Sirloin Tip or Rump Roast. Perfect for a cozy crockpot meal that can feed a family. (If roasts are smaller, we might include two smaller roasts totaling ~4–5 lbs.)

≈2–3 lbs Short Ribs or Stew Meat – we include one portion of slow-cook beef such as a package of Bone-in Short Ribs (great for braising) or equivalent Stew Meat (pre-cubed chuck/round for stews). This will be about 2 pounds. Short ribs, when available, come 2–3 meaty ribs per pack. If short ribs are in limited supply, we’ll substitute with 2 lbs of stew beef.

All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed and labeled for your convenience. The box is delivered frozen and ready for your freezer.

We designed the 25 lb box to mirror the proportional breakdown of a larger share, so nothing is wasted and every box is consistent. (For example, from each steer, we can create about 14 boxes with equal contents – each box getting the same mix of cuts so it’s fair and uniform.) It’s an excellent way to “test the waters” of bulk beef. Many of our customers start with this box and love it so much they come back for a quarter or half!
